[Talk-GB] Stiles in the Peak District missing a stile tag

New stiles have to be sanctioned so those are fairly rare (though I've
reported a fair few illicitly added ones in my time).
Whilst good progress has been made on accessibility, with particular focus
on popular areas and routes, I'd estimate that a good majority of
dilapidated stiles are replaced like for like. Again, some traditional
types are purposely preserved.
I think they'll be a common countryside feature for decades to come.
