[Talk-GB] Residential flat above an unconnected business

I am filling in some detail in the centre of a vilage where many of the properties consist of a business (retail/office/restaurant etc) on the ground floor and a flat on the first and sometimes second floor. In most cases the flat has no connection with the business except they have the same landlord and share part of the building. They usually have different entrances and different addresses.

I have been searching around the wiki but can find nothing that provides a clue as to how to tag these. Information on apartments and flats assumes the whole building is divided into residential units. Can you please help by pointing me to a source of information or letting me know how you would do it.
