[Talk-GB] Indicating a building has bicycle storage

That might be a valid stopgap, but in many cases if it's available to 
the public, the location is really needed. Bike parking can often be 
tucked away out of site (at one  local supermarket it's somewhere you'd 
never spot it except by arriving on foot via steps) but even if not, 
knowing which direction to approach from would be very useful.


Your example is interesting in that (via mapillary and street view) the 
bike parking appears to be inside, and therefore presumably for 
residents (but there's no bicycle_parking=private option) but there are 
also stands on the pavement that aren't mapped.
