[Talk-GB] Preset for Anchor Hanover retirement apartments

Would people find it useful to have a preset for Anchor Hanover retirement
apartments? There seems to be quite a lot and tagged some of them around my
area eg https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/516159151

Any feedback if I could improve my choice of tags would be greatly
appreciated.
