[Talk-GB] Preset for TRAID clothes recycling

Given this quarter's goal is recycling I'm going to create a preset for the
TRAID clothes recycling containers though I am not sure to go with their
short name or the long one of Textile Reuse and International Development -
what are people's thoughts? Below is what I've drafted for the preset
