Unfortunately not, all the data would be covered by the estate agents
database rights. If you found a independent listing, not somebody list
of properties then there would be no database rights, and it could
potentially be used.

It would be interesting if an estate agent gave access to use there
data for OSM, but even then we would need to ensure the address data
they gave us was raw, and not from or validated against AddressBase
from OS.
