[Talk-GB] Official wild camping spots, and poo bins, but not for dogs

In Loch Lomond and the Trossachs national park, there are byelaws
restricting wild camping, meaning that certain designated wild-camping
spots exist.  These can be though of as unattended campsites with no
facilities, and must be booked, at least during summer.  So I assume
tourism=camp_site + backcountry=yes + fee=yes will deal with that.

Some of these sites have a new feature, bins for disposal of bagged
human faeces (only).  Notionally, these should probably be tagged
amenity=waste_basket + waste=human_excrement by analogy to dog bins, but
this doesn't seem to exist at the moment.  What's the best way to tag
this very useful amenity (for wild campers at least)?
