[Talk-GB] UK addressing project

Hi, all.

This sounds like a great initiative. I can see that MapComplete is going to
be used, but I'm wondering whether some of the queries could be submitted
for inclusion in StreetComplete? Just thinking we could make the most of
the existing user base that Tobias has grown.
