[Talk-GB] StreetComplete asking for the footpath surface on dedicated cycleway

Hello Mat.

In the UK, highway=cycleway is assumed to allow pedestrians unless
otherwise tagged (
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_tags_for_routing/Access_restrictions).
Maybe add foot=no to the cycleway.
