[Talk-GB] West Kernow Way

Before even considering adding the route as a relation, checks should be 
made to see if individual ways are mapped as cycleways/bridleways etc.

I'm on the fence about unsigned route relations. Obviously the 'where we 
went for a nice picnic' are a big No, but where there is documented 
evidence of some thought & planning may provide enough 'officialness'.

Are any of the Euro cycle routes signed on the ground in the UK?
