[Talk-GB] StreetComplete asking for the footpath surface on dedicated cycleway

The question gets asked for tosegregated=yesthat is (as far as I know) supposed to beused when footway and cycleway are taggedas a one line.

In such case I would remove segregated tag ormap both cycleway and footway as a single line.
