I found https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/110460358 via the github ticket. It looks like your solution to a service way passing underneath a raised section of building has been to lower the building and truncate the way where it used to go underneath. This looks to be wrong. I would have split the service way to just have the layer=-1 tag on the short section passing beneath the building.
