[Talk-GB] Electric kick scooters- Was: External data on bike rental locations

Just wondering how people are adding locations for electric kick scooter
rental. There are a number of pages on the wiki, some in "proposal
stage", and others which just seem to have been added ( see
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/ElectricScooters#Ambiguous_current_situation_with_.27Scooters.27
for some examples) with no final consensus.

I'm aware of the 607 nodes added by CJ Malone for the Beryl bike scheme
( Isle of Wight area added in
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/103830110 but the nodes have no
tag to show that these are electric kick scooters.

It would seem beneficial to add some information to these nodes to show
they were for hire of electric kick scooters, and it would seem sensible
to have a consensus of how these should be mapped in the UK. If at a
later stage the worldwide OSM community does standardise on how they
should be tagged then anything we do now should at least enable us to
quickly identify which nodes in the UK would need amending to bring into
line with intentional mapping practice.
