[Talk-GB] Scottish paths map

As someone who is just about prepared to no longer call myself a novice
mapper, I can see a distinct advantage: it cuts down the noise and helps
newbies focus on the particular task they're interested in.
If it all gets into OSM in the end, special interfaces for special interest
groups seem like an excellent idea to me. (Market segmentation
<https://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/marketsegmentation.asp> nearly always
leads to greater sales - read mapper engagement - overall.)
(And part of their use-case of rating paths according to priority for
contacting landowners seems to be the sort of subjective, globally
irrelevant detail the OSM community would say doesn't belong in the map?)
