Not sure that tag went through any RFC as a proposal, and if the tag in 
some form was to be used I would have thought it better to have been 
"amenity=kickscooter_rental" to avoid possible tagging mistakes with 
people mixing hyphens and underscores

Whilst eBike and eScooter may be well used terms, the question then 
becomes is it important in OSM to be able to differentiate between 
something you sit on, and something you stand on?  I would have thought 
that it is.
