[Talk-GB] Tagging a shop that is both a branded shop and a Post Office

ime these are increasingly common.

I've never seen a case where there are not two separate counters (and
separate staff members), so I when I've come across them I've tagged the
facilities separately. Eg,

(though the second one was an experiment with a relation: in future I'd
just use nodes)
