I wonder if e_scooter_parking ever means "parking for private escooters"?
If not, it feels like that is probably the same entity we're trying to map,
rental escooter designated locations.
"motorcycle:type=scooter" clearly means the motorbike type.
"amenity=scooter_rental" - are there shops where you can rent
kick/escooters? Or does this probably mean the motorbike type?
The thing that I think is worth distinguishing these new rental locations
from others is the convenience, which is essential for people developing
habits that reduce car dependency. Any scooter rental that requires form
filling and ID on every rental is a different class of service. I'd be
happier in the long run if the rental escooters didn't have designated
drop-off locations, and we could just rely on people to park them
responsibly. But then there'd also be nothing to map.

I don't understand the implications of this - is it to help with mapping,
or does it speed up the process of getting the locations into the default
openstreetmap.org rendering?
