You can use map.atownsend.org.uk as online tiles within OsmAnd - see
https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/80828/generate-overlays-maps-with-roads-and-paths-only-keyhighway
.  When I did it I did something like:

Menu / Configure Map / Map source / Add

Either enter details for a new one or "select existing". Edit and save

example URL http://map.atownsend.org.uk/hot/{0}/{1}/{2}.png

min zoom 0 max zoom 24 don't tick "elliptic mercator"

(those last settings will vary by site of course)

For comparison with https://wightpaths.co.uk/faq.php the equivalent area is:

https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#zoom=17&lat=50.668103&lon=-1.26578

Obviously it's one rendering rather than three, but does show rights of
way references from OSM - in the absence of recent changes these will
match what wightpaths shows.  It also shows things like hiking path
names, guideposts and trees - see
https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#zoom=20&lat=50.6626024&lon=-1.266444
.

The other big difference is that it covers more than just the Isle of Wight.

Best Regards,

Andy
