[Talk-GB] Right of Way Rendering (from Scottish paths map)

I think you might be right.  The right to roam in Scotland is great (and 
IME is well-accepted by many landowners), but it does lead to 
complications.  Someone upthread said we've got it easy in England - 
that's thinking as a mapper, not a hiker; of course we're in the right 
place for that.
