[Talk-GB] Duplicate crossing?

Specifically, it's duplicated by https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/969616514
The latter is much newer and appears to have been added to connect the
sidewalks on Marchmont Street, so it serves a purpose - you might want to
merge them rather than just removing one of them.
That said, the tags on the latter way look wrong - it's tagged as a zebra
crossing (crossing=marked) but it's pretty clearly a signalized junction.
Also they disagree on surface (asphalt vs. paving stones) - again it looks
like asphalt on aerial but it might be worth heading by to make sure.
