[Talk-GB] OSM Road Classification - Trunk/Primary

I don't know how wide-spread it is but I have noticed that the OSM trunk roads near me that are also Highways England trunk roads at some point gained an operator=Highways England tag, so should you want to distinguish the two you just need to add an extra filter.

OK, this might not be widespread. operator=Highways Agency was added in 2013 by an Ipswich based mapper (I'm in north Essex) which got updated to Highways England in 2017 by a Birmingham based mapper. I've checked a few trunk routes further away from Essex/Suffolk borders and they don't seem to have the tags.
