[Talk-GB] OpenBenches, Bench Tagging and 'inscription='

Hi Chris,

Terence Eden, creator of OpenBenches, is known to several OpenStreetMap
contributors, especially through OpenData Camp. Terence is an occasional
OSM editor too.

I think the problem which occurs with OpenBenches is the licence is
CC-BY-SA 4.0 and presumably the copyright owner is the individual
contributor. Jez, who runs OpenPlaques, probably is probably more aware of
what complications that implies.

I'm not a huge contributor to OpenBenches, but usually try to contribute to
both sources simultaneously.
