The inaccuracy's are within Kammot's software & validation employees.

I'm unable to locate the page atm, but I thought OSM data is available 
'as is' with no accuracy or legal authority implied.

If they're not using the data responsibly & unwilling to rectify, can't 
a restriction be placed on them similar to contributor bans?
