[Talk-GB] another user deleting private tracks

Hello.

I've previously contacted users about deleting private tracks but usually
only in my area of interest.  This one is slightly outside (west of) my
area of interest - does someone feel able to contact them to suggest the
tracks/paths should just be marked private (assuming they actually exist)?

They seem to have made constructive edits and notes as well as the
deletions.  It's Hampshire, near the Wiltshire border, near
Salisbury/Andover/Romsey.
