[Talk-GB] another user deleting private tracks

Hello Andy.

Oh dear - I hadn't checked the history on the tracks.  I think as it was
created by that person that long ago, there's a reasonable chance it
probably doesn't exist or isn't useful.  I suspect they've improved
recently, given that they're adding access tags.
