[Talk-GB] another user deleting private tracks

I do know the area (I have a factory just over a mile away).... Broughton
Down is frequently used by the 4x4 and Trail riding community, and there
are a number of private tracks that are of the same physical appearance to
the legal Byways.
I expect this mapper is fed up with people coming down his driveway,
looking for the Byway.  Seems like he is doing what he can to OSM to help
the matter, as I frequently do where Rights of Way go down driveways ...
split the private but off and mark as such.
All in order here, I think.
