[Talk-GB] Tagging the Ash Grove bus depot

I noticed that the whole area used by the Ash Grove bus depot was
incorrectly tagged as a building, which I fixed by separately mapping the
buildings https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/111537060

However I am not sure which tags belong on the building and which belong on
the land surrounding it. Could someone please give me some help or pointers
on this.
