I suspect that the question to talk-gb was to "try see what X is called 
in British English" (given that lots of countries and supranational 
organisations have similar schemes, not always compatible, as Chris has 
already said, and OSM tends to use British English).

Unfortunately I'm not convinced that the UK is a good example here - as 
has also already been said the standards for England, Scotland and Wales 
in are in flux post-brexit.  Also note that Northern Ireland is to some 
extent "still in the EU" for food standards purposes.
