[Talk-GB] Viticultural Areas and Appellations

David,
I'm well aware that this is not the tagging list. I did actually start
there to look for an appropriate tag. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to
be any existing tagging scheme or wine origins. I've decided, against my
better judgement, to create a proposal. I wanted to make sure that the term
used in proper British English as OSM tags should be whenever possible. I
figured that Talk GB was the best place to ask.
