[Talk-GB] Viticultural Areas and Appellations

Is this something that you could use the designation=* tag for? We use that
to record legal classifications. Although designation=pdo as an example
doesn't sound right as it's not the area itself that carries the status,
but the specific product from that region. Either way I'd consider using
the designation tag somewhere in here, ideally with the relevant legal name
that applies in that territory.
