[Talk-GB] Unwarranted clearing of map notes by new person

On checking it I found no edits to the map, I also noted that 7 or so 
other edits in Leyland had been resolved by this user. This user only 
joined OSM on 25 September - 2 days ago -  and has no edits to his name.

I don't know how to undo his resolves, I would like those notes back so 
that I can survey them when I have time or someone edits the map to fix.

I have sent a note to him asking what he is doing.

Any other ideas.
