[Talk-GB] Unwarranted clearing of map notes by new person

Hi Tony,
If they're brand new to OSM, then they might just be finding out what
the buttons do - it's not always obvious.
You can reactivate notes - I'd just do that. The notes that any user
has changed can be seen from their user page, in this case
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Shane%20Sharples/notes . If they
insist on resolving them again perhaps they need pointing at the "notes"
checkbox in the UI so that they can see the map without any notes?
