[Talk-GB] Finding out if a TFL bus stop is still active

A certain inadmissible street-side imagery source shows it as a TfL-owned bus stand, with this text on it-

Bus Stand
Buses do not pick up passengers here
Hereford Road
Drivers must switch off engines whilst on stand
