For anyone else interested in fixing errors in street names, one of my
tools also collects such issues, though only where there's also an
addr:postcode tag: https://osm.mathmos.net/addresses/street-warnings/
. Since each postcode almost always only contains addresses on a
single street, it's also able to pick up street mis-spellings and
mis-assigned postcodes.
