[Talk-GB] highway_authority_ref vs official_ref

[10992]

I noticed assorted errors, just looking at that, I've corrected some in changeset #119635765.There were some I was unsure about:

-   https://osm.org/way/728733246: I'd guess ref→name


Also, I did an updated query which excludes footways/bridleways:https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1hCl
