Hi Tony,

Also not covered is the pushing of wheelbarrows.

This is important for the law about automatic railway level crossings. 
Slow-moving vehicles are required to stop and phone the signaller for 
permission to cross. Is someone pushing such things a pedestrian or a 
slow-moving vehicle?

Using roller skates on level crossings and cattle grids is not 
recommended. :)
