Hi George,

Yes OS do you use OSM paths and tracks on what they call their "Standard 
Map".

And no, they don't show any access data.

Here for example is a public bridleway and private tracks into a farm, 
with nothing to distinguish between them:

The "Standard Map" is free. Many users of the app pay a subscription to 
gain access to the usual 25K and 50K leisure maps.
