I have surveyed many gates, but how do I know what access applies unless
there is a notice? Often, one can infer that the whole point is some
restriction, but perhaps only for animals. Often it is probably
access=destination or access=private but how do I know? I just record the
verifiable fact that there is a gate in such cases.
