[Talk-GB] Tagging We Buy Any Car branches

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has tagged a "We Buy Any Car" (or similar) branch 
before and, if so, what as?

Shop=car is focussed on the selling (rather than buying) of cars: 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop=car

The iD editor preset for a used car dealership, for example, is shop=car 
+ second_hand=only. I wonder is some sub-tag like purchase=only or 
buy=only could work?
