Although the last two are generally service area businesses with not 
physical store front (as popularly, but incorrectly, featured on Bing 
and Google maps).  They may also operate both sides, but with different 
branding.

The first is often a concession in some other public facing business.

I think scrap metal dealers will also work on that basis - small walk in 
sellers and large buyers.

I think some garden waste recycling businesses work that way, although 
the council is likely to be provide the public facing front - they buy 
from individuals, but only sell to large users.
