[Talk-GB] Tagging We Buy Any Car branches

Agree on the car icon, regardless of the tags.

I do think it's probably best to go with shop=car (I don't think they 
warrant a new high-level tag) but be a little more specific in terms of 
the type with sub-tagging.

There are 475 branches across the UK according to their site 
(https://www.webuyanycar.com/branch-locator/) so we do seem to be 
missing almost all of them. Perhaps not surprisingly - my local one is 
just a pod in a supermarket car park.

I'm not sure if this type of business operates more globally (hence 
posting to this list rather than the main tagging list) but I'll put a 
note on the shop=car wiki discussion page.
