[Talk-GB] Where does a motorway start?

Sorry, was trying to refer to Junction 3a of M56 in South Manchester. I 
assumed the location URL would change as I changed viewing location or 
scrolled - it doesn't.

The OSM url is https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/53.4009/-2.2659  
(which does change as location is changed)
