I've created a draft PR on the name suggestion index where Samuel Smith is
the brand I'm keen to get feedback
https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/pull/6869

Looking at https://runapub.co.uk/ it appears they are also the operator too
as they pay the salary of anyone who wants to run a pub so it's not a
franchise, in which case should I make them both the brand and the operator
or just the operator?
