[Talk-GB] Microsoft ML Building Footprints

Hey everyone,

In case you missed it (I did), Microsoft released more building
footprints from there ML magic. Including GB this time.

Until the MapWith.AI people host the dataset themselves, I've set up a
server so it can be tested in JOSM.

Add a new server in the MapWithAI preferences with the url
http://mapwithai.osmuk.org:8000/map?bbox={bbox}, the name "Microsoft ML
Building Footprints" and type as third party.

Last year I set one up for the OS Building footprints that are under
the OGL. Add the url
http://dev.osm.keepawayfromfire.co.uk:5050/map?bbox={bbox} with the
name "OS OpenMap - Local" if you want to compare them.
