not being local but it seems that the road reopened on March 29th:

Also, the Derby Telegraph reports in June:

There are speed limits, weight limits and traffic lights in place now - 
so I guess, construction=yes could be removed but a survey as to the 
exact parts of the road that have new limits imposed would be needed.
