Interestingly enough someone was asking on Twitter if there is a map of the
cycle hire parking spots

I continue to map them as follows when I find them, though I wonder what
the operator should be - perhaps the council that installed them? I believe
they are intended for the HumanForest and Lime dockless bicycles
amenity=bicycle_rental
bicycle_rental=dropoff_point
