[Talk-GB] Cycle hire parking

I've found in the past that it's difficult to establish if the original geo
co-ordinates came from a Google Map. If they did, they are license tainted,
I believe. Please do email them and ask though. Where I've been unable to
establish license compatibility in the past, I've stuck an OSM note in the
approximate position and asked someone to survey locally.
I spent some time trying to get the details of Cyclehoop hangars and Source
London charging points and both fell at this hurdle.
