[Talk-GB] Help with changing motorway extents to point of convergence/divergence

Hello,

Earlier this month, a consensus was reached on the mailing list (
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-gb/2022-August/029229.html)
that motorways would be mapped as starting/ending at the point of
convergence/divergence, with arguments in favour of the change stating that
it was a part of how OpenStreetMap is modelled, that there is a physical
limit to where the chopsticks sign can be placed, acceptable sources such
as OS OpenRoads and OS OpenMap show the extents at the point of
convergence/divergence, it being a matter of style and consistency, setting
a potentially dangerous precedent on other things such as speed limit signs
having to be set further back from junctions for safety reasons etc.

I have already been quite busy at work reverting quite a few of these
extent changes, however I have only been able to do it manually and have
been struggling to keep up with it all! I just need some assistance with
changing the extents back and that should be it.
