[Talk-GB] Tagging UK Parallel crossings - Zebra for cycles

There is at least one mapped <https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4318249059>
in Nottingham (with suitable Mapillary imagery), but it's a while since I
looked at the tagging (and many multi-modal ways with either a physical or
painted separator have now been mapped as separate ways so might not be
representative.
