[Talk-GB] LiDAR in the UK

Hi Tom,

apart from the mention in the OSM Wiki - and if the usage in OSM is OK 
license-wise - you could also think about adding the WMTS services 
(England and Wales) to the JOSM Wiki at 
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps/United%20Kingdom so that mappers 
can add the tile layers into JOSM and work with them there if needed?
